Product Manager with Sales Roots, QA Discipline & MBA Thinking

M. Hammad didn't set out to become a product manager. He started in sales, learning to read what customers actually wanted before they could put it into words. That instinct pulled him into QA, where he spent eight years inside the mechanics of how software breaks, how teams really ship, and how quality gets built into a process instead of bolted onto the end of one. Somewhere in that decade, he stopped just testing other people's decisions and started making his own.

Today, as a Product Manager, he carries all three lenses into every problem: the commercial read of a salesperson, the product quality, and the strategic patience of an MBA candidate at ESLSCA University. He's shipped products across 15+ domains in 6 markets: Saudi PropTech, UK Telecom, Egyptian Government, US Healthcare, and the throughline has stayed the same: he doesn't just manage the roadmap. He understands the code, the customer, and the business well enough to be trusted with all three.
